Service Update:
C3 Chatterbus
Tue 12th to Fri 15th Nov 2024
The electric C3 bus is being serviced this week and we shall be using a temporary bus to provide the C3 service from Tue to Fri (12 – 15 Nov)
As the temporary bus has no tracker, the tracker will not be available for the C3 but it will be operating the normal timetable. The C1 tracker is unaffected.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Your community-run bus service for the Cobham area
Chatterbus provides a reliable, friendly service that’s there when it’s needed. It is a unique not-for-profit service, managed by local people for the local community and is operated by the East Surrey Rural Transport Partnership under contract to Chatterbus CIO (charity no. 1173907).
Chatterbus C1, C2 & C3 routes
The Chatterbus East-West service between Cobham and Weybridge (plus Fetcham and Leatherhead on Saturdays) plugs a significant gap in the local transport system and complements other local bus services.
Our Local Sponsors
Chatterbus could not run without the help of our four Principle Sponsors – Elmbridge Borough Council, Surrey County Council, Chelsea FC Foundation, Walton Charity and PA Housing. We are also very grateful to our fantastic Sponsors Co-op, Levanter Developments, Grosvenor Billinghurst, NFU Mutual, Specsavers, South West Railway and Waitrose.
And we owe a great debt to all the local organisations and bodies whose donations help us to run this important service – Cobham Conservation and Heritage Trust, Cobham and Downside Residents Association, Cobham Chamber of Commerce, Cobham Garden Club, St Andrew’s Church – Cobham, St Mary’s Church – Stoke D’Abernon, Stoke D’Abernon Residents Association.
