Regrettably, the Chatterbus Service has had to be Suspended 

The Chatterbus has been battling to continue to run its bus service over the last few weeks despite the challenges of the Coronavirus epidemic.

This week has been especially difficult and unfortunately, we have now had to take the decision to suspend the Chatterbus Service for the time being.

We would like to thank our valiant drivers and our hugely supportive passengers who have kept with us during this difficult time.

We will resume the service as soon as we possibly can but in the meantime, please revisit our website for the latest details or subscribe to our email newsletter so we can keep you informed when the service will be able to resume.

Weekly Season Tickets Refunds

Passengers who purchased a weekly season ticket on Mon 23rd March 2020 will be able to claim a full refund. Claims should be emailed to info@chatterbus.org.uk including a photo of your weekly ticket and your name and address. For those weekly tickets paid for using a credit/debit card or mobile phone, your account will be reimbursed directly to your card. For those who have paid using cash, we will need your bank details to enable us to provide your refund directly to your bank.

Once again we apologise for the disruption to our service but we hope you will understand that we have had little choice.
